Proposed terms for cancelling a future OrkIA subscription, without penalties or restrictions on statutory rights.

A monthly subscription may be cancelled at any time without a cancellation fee. Ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal and retains the paid period until it ends. Statutory withdrawal or requested immediate closure follow separate rules. Stopping renewal does not automatically delete an account.
At launch, the portal must provide direct cancellation, durable confirmation and a request history without requiring a phone call. support@orkia.net will be an alternative channel. The request date must remain effective even if support is delayed. Any legally required online withdrawal function must be available before sales in the relevant markets.
Automatic top-ups must stop when cancellation is requested. New paid executions require coverage and authorization; Cloud is not implicitly purchased. Included allowance ends at the cycle boundary without a cash payout. Purchased balances will not be forfeited merely for cancelling. See the refund policy.
Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance and apply only to a future purchase or renewal, subject to more favorable mandatory rules. Declining a price change carries no cancellation penalty. If OrkIA ends service without customer fault, it will offer a proportional refund for the unprovided period and unused purchased balance, without limiting other rights. No forum clause will remove mandatory local consumer protections.
