Proposed restrictions based on reasons, notice and the opportunity for review.
Proposed version 2026-10-17.1
Payment failure and insufficient funds
New paid executions pause immediately without financial coverage; they must not create automatic debt. Broader restrictions for payment failure require notice and at least 7 calendar days to resolve it. Notices must explain the reason, affected charge and available remedy. Cancellation and refund requests remain accessible.
Urgent risks and legal orders
Illegal activity, a concrete security risk or a binding legal order may require immediate restriction of the affected resource. Measures must be limited to what is necessary and reviewed by a person. Notice will follow as soon as possible unless legally prohibited or creating a documented additional risk. Complaints and exercising rights are not suspension grounds.
Appeal and recovery
Customers may appeal through the portal or support@orkia.net and provide information for review. If an error is confirmed, access will be restored and affected charges corrected. Irreversible measures require human review and documented grounds. A fraud allegation or card dispute alone does not authorize confiscation.
Suspension is not deletion
Projects, databases and Dedicated infrastructure will not be automatically deleted because of suspension. Safe export remains available where technically and legally possible. Permanent closure follows notice, human review and retention rules, while preserving legal and privacy rights.
