We propose a full refund of the first monthly subscription if requested within 14 calendar days of purchase, regardless of included allowance usage. This voluntary guarantee does not reduce Brazilian withdrawal rights or applicable EU, UK or other protections. Using the service will not automatically waive statutory rights.
After the initial guarantee, changing your mind normally stops the next renewal without an automatic prorated refund for the current cycle. This does not override applicable withdrawal rights, duplicate or unauthorized charges, non-delivery, defective service or other legal remedies. The initial guarantee does not restart on every renewal unless required by law.
On closure, unused purchased top-up balances will be refunded at their corresponding paid value without a forfeiture fee. Included allowances and free promotions are not cash. Withdrawal requests for top-ups follow applicable rights, including full reimbursement where required. Third-party costs or Dedicated resources do not override mandatory rights; future Cloud purchases require a quote and specific terms before payment.
Requests must be available through the portal and support@orkia.net using the account, charge reference and date, without passwords or full card details. Brazilian statutory withdrawal refunds will be initiated immediately as required by the CDC. Other eligible refunds will be processed without undue delay and within 14 days or a shorter mandatory period. The original payment method will be used unless an alternative is expressly agreed at no cost. Payment provider fees will not be deducted from mandatory refunds. Bank posting delays do not remove the duty to initiate and document the refund.
